Kenneth Winslow

President of Benefit Capital. Mr. Winslow has over 20 years of corporate finance experience, including three years as Vice President and Unit Head of Chemical Bank's ESOP Financing Unit. Mr. Winslow graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Economics and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Harvard University.

James F. Leary

James F. Leary is a Managing Director of Benefit Capital, prior to which he was Chief Financial Officer of the Associates Corporation, a large financial services conglomerate. Mr. Leary also worked for CIT Financial Corporation in New York City, and its banking subsidiary, National Bank of North America. Mr. Leary is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from New York University.

Richard P. Backus

Richard P. Backus is a Managing Director of Benefit Capital who has held international positions with Citibank and Republic Bank of Dallas. He has also served in senior positions with Sterling Bank, Houston and Provident Bank, Dallas, Texas, and was CEO of First Bank of the Americas in New York City. Mr. Backus graduated from Georgetown University and holds an M.B.A. from University of the Americas, Mexico City.
